By using this website or booking a session through it, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this site to learn about Semkyi's offerings and to book sessions. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, guide profiles, images, and branding, belongs to Semkyi and may not be copied or used without written permission.

4. No Warranty

The site is provided as is. Semkyi does not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Semkyi's liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid to Semkyi.

Part B: Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, contact details, booking information, and payment information (processed by a third-party payment provider, not stored by us directly). We also retain messages exchanged with guides over WhatsApp Business in connection with your sessions.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to provide and coordinate your sessions, process payments, communicate with you, and improve our offering. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Who Can See It

Information you share in sessions is treated as confidential under our Client Services Agreement or Trial Terms, and is only shared internally as needed to coordinate your care (for example, between a guide and the concierge), or where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or others, or as required by law.

4. Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our own record-keeping needs, and will delete it on request except where we are required to keep it by law.

5. Your Rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at contact@semkyi.com.
