We serve as a bridge between those committed to serving others and the people who most need that support. The need is real: for our clients, and through them for the society that benefits when they live from their own centred, aligned authenticity. Too often the best guides' talents are overlooked, or their gifts drained by the pragmatics of marketing themselves to find clients. Let the sacred work of supporting people be protected, so that true service can be the focus.

We look for people who have gone deep into themselves, beyond the parts most are too scared to look at, and dived often enough to know themselves, and to know that they do not know. It matters far more how well you listen, with loving presence, than how much you know. In this age all knowledge is accessible and trivialised. What is real is presence, and the living transmission of something deeper.
